The location was perfect, situated near the centre of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the housekeeping to the restaurant staff, they were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay; from the heating and air conditioning to the complimentary toiletries, they truly enhanced my experience. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the soundproofed rooms ensured that I had a peaceful and connected stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Here, I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

My Xmas at the hotel was amazing! The room was surprisingly spacious and modern, and it had USB plugs inside, which was perfect for charging my phone and tablet. The location was also great; the subway was just a few steps away, making it easy to explore the city. breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy at times, with a lot of smokers and bikers around. , the staff's limited English made communication a bit challenging, and I ended up being charged an extra fee for staying a little longer after check-out.

We recently stayed at a hotel located in the central area of a bustling city, just a stone's throw away from a subway station. the room was spacious and modern, with convenient USB outlets. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast, served hot and fresh, was delicious and a great way to start the day. We also enjoyed the stunning view of the city from our room. With facilities such as these, the hotel was a great value for the price.

We did find one aspect of the hotel to be a bit lacking. Despite being situated in a busy area, there were some areas nearby where smoking and reckless bikers were problematic.

Although the hotel is situated on a well-lit main road and is near the centre of the city, the neighborhood can be a bit sketchy at night and there were a lot of smokers and bikers around. Some of the restaurant menus in the area were hard to read and the receptionists struggled with English, making it hard to understand certain policies like the 1,000 yen charge for late check-out.
